Dried Apricots poached in syrup flavoured with star anise and mint.
Red Juicy Plums poached in syrup with a pinch of allspice.
Rhubarb simmered in a Ginger syrup, available seasonally.
Selection of local fruit yogurts
We serve our own Home made Orange, Lemon, Lime and Grapefruit Marmalades and Strawberry and Blackcurrant Jams, Honey from the Bee’s.
There are also a selection of Sauces, Mustards, Spreads and Fresh Fruit on the side table.
A choice of 6 Cereals
Porridge with Salt.
Coffee, Tea, and Juices
We serve Breakfast Tea or Cafetieres of Fresh Ground Coffee with hot or cold milk.
We have Soya milk or Oatly as an alternative to milk.
Decaffeinated Tea or Coffee and Lemon or Fruit Tea infusions are available.
Orange, Cranberry or Apple juices.
Cooked Breakfast Options
All cooked breakfasts are made to order, it may take a little bit longer to get your breakfast, but it will always be made fresh.
1 or 2 free range Eggs, you decide.
2 rashers of short back locally cured Bacon
Huddleston’s Championship pork Sausage.
Mushrooms (simmered in butter and vegetable stock) and a whole Grilled Tomato.
Eggs will be Fried, Scrambled or Poached to your choosing.
2 Rashers with Fried Turned Egg on White buttered Toast
Egg & Soldiers
2 Boiled Eggs cooked to your liking with Toasted Solders
Cheese or Plain 2 or 3 Egg Omelette
3 Grilled Rashers on White buttered Toast
White & Wholemeal Brown toast is served with your cooked breakfast with freshly curled Butter. If you would like all white or brown toast, please ask.
Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon
On buttered Brown toast (This is a stand alone dish)
